Bookings

Due to the nature of our business and constantly changing prices we do not offer fixed-price buy button type functionality on this site Though we do offer a range of per-packaged tours, the main focus of our business is customization.Send us a note or call us and we´d be glad to help.

Generally speaking all tours must be paid for in full, 2 weeks prior to taking a tour. However, this is by no means the rule. Sometimes deposits are required, sometimes you can pay on the day - it really depends on the Operator.If you are already here in Peru, trips can more often than not be arranged at the zero hour.

So whether you choose to book in advance (generally advisable for the better tours) or leave it 'til the last minute you really only need to concentrate on getting a return International flight (unless of course you are planning to stay...). Travel Insurance can be arranged here too but a word of advice and caution - this is almost always better done outside of Latin America.

We accept payment via Paypal, Western Union or wire transfer - for the latter two, details will be given at point of sale

Cancellations

We are in the process of revising our cancellations Policy. As we generally act as intermediaries and consultants and not as tour operators, we are not the ones directly responsible for refunds. Wherever possible we will try to provide information regarding cancellation terms for any package booked through us at the point of sale.

We disclaim any liability as to losses incurred through cancellation of any booking made with us,. though we shall endeavour to get back what monies we can in line with the Operators cancellation Policy.

Refunds:

Any reimbursements made by us will be in line with a particular tour operators cancellation & refund policy. If necessary, we reserve the right to put our client directly in contact with the operator in case of any dispute.
